Farming methods determine the potency of Aloe. We employ the latest technology and each plantation is monitored on a daily basis, which ensures every plant receives optimal levels of nutrition and water.

We firmly believe fresh is best. Hi Tech Aloe practice 'just in time' management practices, ensuring that fresh mature Aloe Vera leaves are harvested as required and processed. Leaf testing is conducted on a regular basis and the green light is only given when our plants achieve maximum potency .

After an initial inspection the leaves are sent through a multi-stage cleaning and separation process. A second inspection guarantees only the perfect leaves proceed to the gel extraction process. Once the pure inner gel is extracted from the leaves it is stabilised and pasteurised, before bottling or being formulated for further processing.

Finally, after harvesting, our leaves are delivered within one hour to a state of the art TGA approved facility where they undergo an extremely gentle, cold extraction process. This ensures fresh, pure, high quality aloe vera!
